Tony leads MPL’s Build-to-Rent (BTR) portfolio and other building operations, including the Takapuna BTR future development and Lorne Street Student Accommodation Project.

He brings 25 years’ experience of large-scale developments to MPL, previously working on developments of national significance both locally and internationally that include Park Hyatt Auckland, Eden Park and Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

He is driven by establishing a thriving BTR segment within New Zealand and fostering strong relationships with MPL’s development partners.

Tony has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) majoring in Structures from Auckland University.
