Kate is dedicated to the delivery of spaces where people genuinely want to live. Responsible for a wide array of our new land development projects, Kate has extensive experience in the implementation and oversight of live zone and plan-change projects. This ranges from origination through to final delivery ensuring that projects that are delivered on time and on budget.

She has been involved in masterplanned residential land development in Auckland, commercial and industrial development in the Waikato, Plan Change and Environment court processes, was part of our Kawarau Falls Village project in Queenstown, MPL’s Teal Apartments project in Auckland and more recently focussed on residential land development across Auckland.

Kate has a Bachelor of Business Studies and became a Registered Valuer in 2007.
